With Sherrard Kuzz colleague, Edward Snetsinger, Patrick won the 2013 Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada.

Patrick began his career as a student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP during which time he completed a secondment with the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
