Jill McIntosh is the Senior Director, Government of Canada Continuity and Resilience Management and Deputy Chief Security Officer at Public Safety Canada. She has over 14 years experience in the emergency management and security community within the public sector. Her experience includes working in various emergency operations centres supporting large scale responses, operational planning and exercises, as well developing training and program development. She has a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology from the University of Ottawa and a graduate of the Canadian Security and Intelligence Leadership Program, Telfer Executive Program.
